That's some good work done there to get things fixed. I do remember those photos when you posted them and it was horrific how they tore the place apart. Couldn't believe they destroyed the tree in the front yard.

Did you wind up pursuing anything in court to get them to pay for all the damages?

So, are you in the real estate business? Man, we had a garage apartment that we rented and it was a nightmare. I can't imagine renting a whole house. It amazes me how people live and treat other people's property!!:eek:

I'm a home owner now (well I have the mortgage beast anyway), but when I rented in the past, I NEVER left the place looking like that. I guess it's the way your raised.


Almost forgot, that is a very nice looking rental house. Hopefully the next renters will take better care of it! Good Luck!!
