Tomorrow is my 1 year anniverasry

for joining the downlow....

I only need 50 post to get 1400 (eligible for an aviator) guess I will see if I can get it done by tomorrow. So if I start posting on things I have no idea about, just understand why.

Also, any suggestions on an aviator from anybody?

Dude, you were eligible for an "AVATAR" when you became a "Donating Member". Did you get screwed? And I'm talking about the Avatar......don't wan't any other details :D

No, I guess I just did not (and can not ) read. Still think I will wait until I get to 1400. Just because! Hmmmm. maybe i will put a picture of the last team our daughters played together on. That was a fun year!!! Did you ever watch the video I made for the kids that year?

I think it was me that went over and stood behind her. If you notice the grin, I was talking crap to her.. seems like it was something about the lack of makeup!!! She was (and is) a good sport!

You need 1500 posts to get an avatar, but since you are a donating member you should be able to put one up now. Let me know if you can't and I'll have admin turn on your capabilities.

Avatars can be images stored on your pc, but they can not be bigger than 100x100.

Go to http://bbs.3adownlow.com/vb/images/top_profile.gif, select edit options, scroll down to the bottom of the page, click on "change avatar", click on browse and this should take you to a window for options from your pc.

I have never been able to use this option You can enter an URL of your avatar:
Note: this will be stored locally on the server.

as far as avatars go it isn't up to the mods/admin it is the software that monitors the size and rejects a picture if it is too big :taunt:

I think your avatar should be a play on your screenname. Here's my idea: post a picture of "Where's Waldo" and have him wearing a no. 8 on his shirt, hence looking for #8. :D I know, I'm a genius. It's ok to marvel at my wit.

UNLESSS....you are a donating member, then that capability is automatically turned on, no matter what your post count is.
