Irving owned Texas Stadium. Does Arlington own the new stadium or is it Jerry's?

I know in reality it is Jerry's stadium, but when you get technical who owns it?

i own a tiny piece of it and plan on taking it. not really. cant wait to go to a game though. the stadium looks amazing.
