No, but someone was trying to tell it was 4 stories because there was a deck on top

I think you can go to the RCISD web site and it talks about the stadium in pretty good detail. If I remember right, I think the camera deck is on the bottom level because the other 2 levels are enclosed.

There are 3 levels, the bottom one is open and the top two are enclosed. the film deck is a patio on the top floor.
There is no deck on the roof.
