Its funny how everyone thought he had a terrible year...He rushed for over 1,000 yards....

He only averaged 69 yards a game though... 1000 yards isnt that great of an accomplishment when you play 16 games not to mention the fact that he was hurt in the playoffs for the second straight year... he was also 41st in the league in yards per carry at 3.8. He was a huge fantasy bust for me in one league.

1000 yds/ 16 games = 62.5 yds per game.


If you're RB1 for your team, get most of the carries, and DONT get 1000 yds, you probably shouldnt be RB1 next year.

I think there's two ways to look at it:

1. He finished higher than 22 teams' other leading rushers, coming in at 10th in the league in rushing yards.

2. He finished less than 100 yards better than guys like Brandon Jacobs and Stephen Jackson, who both missed time with injuries.
