The only team chould have given them a game was Bridge City.So were do you come off saying Kirbyville had easy games.

Oh man Diboll has had some killer teams, with more talent than you could ever think of. In 98, if trojandad remembers, we had a o-line that average at or around 300lbs. We had Lionell Garr who stood at 6'7 340lbs. He's currently playing for the Texas Longhorns. Our Qb is currently playing at Rice and is a starting Linebacker. Phillip Richard is at SFA and plays on the D-line. Cedric Vinson playing for SMU now. We've had our share of talent. But for some reason we have trouble using that talent to get deep in the playoffs. We had our 10-0 season a few years ago and Lost in a SHocker in bi district. That was the team that was supposed to go deep! Oh well, thats the past, and we will move on.

I do not nor ever have I coached in Newton. I spent one year in Kirbyville, and not in a school related job. I just like southeast texas football and if I'm going to root for someone it might as well be for the best in the area. Besides, what kind of sport is tennis?
