Look for him to return Sunday or Monday. He stated he was clocked running the 40 in 5.1 (due to his knee injury), but has improved to 4.69 since getting help from his trainer.

I will admit that I've often thought if it was time to move on without McGrady. If he can't get it done this year, then there is no way they should re-sign him to a max contract.

T-Mac could be worried about losing his starting position to Von Wafer. This kid has been unbelievable since becoming the starting SG, replacing the injured T-Mac.

I wonder if they'll find a way to get him in the rotation some after McGrady comes back? This is a good sign though....a deep bench is a big factor in how the Spurs won their championships.

Will come off the bench, assuming T-Mac can return to form. Might see McGrady play some point guard with Wafer or Barry at the two. Artest will come in for Battier and can be used as a defensive stopper. Rockets will have plenty of flexibility with the return of Artest & T-Mac. These guys can slide over and play multiple positions.
