It should be noted that the NFL teams on the list have a lot of their value tied into their stadiums. Take a look at Washington. We've been a joke for most of the last 15 years, but that stadium + Snyder's amazing ability to make money while putting garbage on the field drives up the worth of the franchise.

You also won't see any NBA teams that high on the list because an 18-20k arena isn't going to hold the same value as a venue that can seat 80-90k.

A 20,000 seat basketball arena will have 820,000 tickets sold in one season. A 90,000 seat stadium will have 720,000 tickets sold in one season. The value is more in marketing the facility.
