How would you rank the Dallas pro sports franchises in order, not necessarily as which ones you support the most, but rather in the order that you think are the best franchises overall right now.

1. Cowboys
2. Mavericks
3. Stars
4. Rangers

In terms of Total History... you cannot argue this ranking by Pmoney.

In terms of recent History... what would it look like?

1.) Mavs
2.) Stars
3.) Boys
4.) Rangers

How can you rank the Cowpies ahead of the Rangers??

The Rangers have won a playoff game more recently than then Dalless Cowpies

Easy... Look back in this decade and tell me how many playoff games the Rangers have even been too? Not that the 'boys have been much better.

Cowpies = 4 playoff games

Actually, the Cowboys have a more recent playoff win. Their last playoff win was December 28, 1996 over the Vikings in the Wild Card Round. The Rangers lone playoff win was October 1st of that year.

I guess when the NFL starts playing the best 4 out of 7 games
series, you'll have an argument.

I guess when MLB allows more teams into the playoffs and gets a salary cap, you'll have an argument

The Pistons, Red Wings, and Tigers are all better than the Dallas
teams. Heck if the Lions were a .500 team, there be no doubt
which city had the best pro teams as a whole.

The Yankees are the only MLB team that doesn't have a salary
cap.
