Let's wait until it is official. He might decide to stay.

I'm as big of a USC hater as anyone. But I do think this Sanchez guy is the real deal, and seems to have all the tools to be a good NFL QB. He's a big ol strappin young man for sure.

The funny thing is, I thought that out of all the QBs who were on the fence, he was the one who could most benefit by waiting a year...now that everybody else is staying, he's probably making the right move coming out now.

You mean the Lions haven't already begun negotiations with Michael Crabtree?

I think they've given up on trying to find the next Herman Moore (WR,UVA)

I think they're going to start looking for the next Chris Speilman(MLB,OSU) with their next five 1st round picks.

Be careful...the last few Ohio State linebackers have been busts (Gholston, Bobby Carpenter).

Especially Vernon Gholston. Wasn't he like the 7th overall pick? He is
not even getting on the field in NY.

It's a shame when your franchise longs for the "good ol' days" when Scott Mitchell was your QB...

Interesting. I thought he looked shaky at times and would have really benefited from another year as a starter.

Detroit hasn't had a franchise QB since the '50's. How many has
Dallas had five?

I just saw Barry Sanders Jr on TV playing in an OK state championship game.

There is a youtube video some one posted on here. It showed
him scoring three TD's in that game. I think he's only a freshman.

I knew someone would throw that out... I have met Andre Ware... he is a great guy... very personal...
in his defense... Wayne Fontes did not want him, remember Jerry Glanville not wanting Brett Favre...
not that Ware is anywhere near Favre but if a coach does not want you... Ware made only 5 starts in Detroit... he was never given a legitimate chance...
the busts from UH would be Klingler... he was actually given a chance...Ware never really was...
