What does your fastest running back run his 40 in?

Barbers Hill's RB Perry Carrington runs a 4.35 in the 40. eek!

Elgin has 3 very fast back in there backfield bryan King #10 (4.40) Kirby Roberson (4.48) and Ronald I'som #7 (4.24)

Wasington from Wharton runs a 4.39

4.2 and 4.3 in HS....wow there must be some coaches out there with real quick fingers

Martelius Epps-Daingefield 4.35. That's from the Best of Texas Combine, not a fast fingered coach. Although, he was timed by his track coach all spring at 4.3's.

I'som (4.24)Roberson(4.45)and King(4.40) also ran there 40's at a Texas combine also during the summer at football camps for Texas and Tcu. these guys are fast look for Elgin to be big also in track and field this spring.

I played elgin twice on the varsity level and both times Isom played. Both times we played Isom never used his speed and you know he isn't big. If the other team is large they are in charge over him unless he got huge over the summer which I doubt he's still the same ol' skinny fast guy that he was. which is good unless you actually have a good defense that shuts down his finesse game.

First,of all get it together I'som first year on varsity was last year and as a juinor he rushed for over a 1,000yd's and was first team all district RB so therefor he MUST HAVE USED THE SPEED SOMEWHERE.(5'8'' 155.)

Well sorry thought he was on varsity as a sophomore well anyway. He probably got all of his yards against the crappy teams that Elgin played first last year. Secondly he surely didn't get it against Giddings. Thirdly don't talk smack so quickly. A simple correction was all that was needed. Furthermore I still think he is a average runner with above average speed that is all.
