Any bets on the over/under? How many times it will take him to pass this next polygraph?

Don't care if I get banned for this or not. Finally a certain player, from lets just say WLV, got what was coming to him. Bout time. I called it right after the semifinal game that we would see his name again in this same situation. Looks like I was right.

Lame ? Not at all man...I'm with you. Some people with all of the God-given talent in the world.....and they just piss it away.....it's a sad shame.

The kid is a repeat offender, and obviously doesn't have the kinda role models and guidance available to keep him from repeating his mistakes. SAD SAD SAD. Not lame....just sad fact of life.

I'm sure JR will clarify but I thought he was talking about the post not the situation.

The kid did it to himself....and this guy is just pointing out the obvious. At any rate, I do agree....it's sad to the point of being tragic. I don't wish this kinda thing on anyone...but for some...they just have to learn the hard way...which seems to be the case here. Kinda reminds me of the Maurice Clarett (spelling).....that was difficult to watch....him pissing his life away because he can't get out from under the shadow of the whole "I'm from the streets...I'm gangsta" lifestyle. Then you have the ones that DO slip through the cracks....i.e. Adam "Pacman" Jones. I don't know what else I can say about it......It's hard to watch, and even harder to have sympathy once a pattern emerges.

I did not perceive the original post to fall in line with what I would expect from someone who believes it is a sad situation.

I feel ya....I'm just saying....he's a high-profile figure in TX HS Football....and he's been in this kinda trouble before....and obviously didn't learn anything from his first go around....and when you have that kind of exposure...and make similar mistakes leading to arrests more than once (in a relatively short period of time)...you open yourself up to a certain amount of criticism and cynicism that should only be expected.

It might be lame to most people, but its what I think about the situation. It is SAD THAT THE TALENT HE HAS IS WASTED.

It is a sad waste of talent, but he's not the only kid to ever do this kind of crap.

Wow, this kid just can't seem to shake finding trouble. I will let the courts decide guilt, but this kid seems to put himself in these bad situations and they are catching up with him.

I also noticed that his brother (Kourtney) has a mug shot on Waco Trib as well.

I was just curious how this might affect the recruiting race. Nothing more - nothing less.

Parr is a thug. If any college considers recruiting him they are just plain stupid. He is a complete waste of god given talent and its a down right shame. sorry, just my opinion on the kid and the issue.

Pretty sure that I had this kid pegged in one of my Dec. posts. Don't worry, the coaches will welcome him back and he will be playing again next fall and some college will take a chance on him.
