I always liked the John Madden / Pat Summerall combination. I hated to see that team break up.:dispntd: It hasn't been the same since.

Watch the 1980 Winter Olympics, "Do you believe in Miracles?" is how Al got on that list. Summeral is a much better football announcer.

It really depends on the sport. Each one has their own unique qualitys!!!

IE.............Howard Cosell was the best at boxing IMHO!!!

A list where both Vin and Chick aren't 1 and 2 is pretty much worthless. At least they got it right on Vin.
