The repair guy called me yesterday, he FINALLY got the recovery disk from HP and they sent the wrong one!!!:mad: :mad:

He assured me I would have it back next week!!!

Sadly, I hit my busiest time to date one day this week. It lasted about 7 1/2 minutes. :(
