You're right, piratebg, it is almost impossible to find anything worth eating for less than $5 anymore. Don't even think about dinner....

Bull - did you ever try the chicken enchilada recipe I gave you? I made some the other night. One pan I made traditional style (rolled) the other I made into a casserole (lazy). Haha ... both were pretty darn good.

So...I'm having leftovers :D

I miss having leftovers, but when you have a family of 5, sometimes even getting seconds are hard to come by.

Not yet---seems like you sent it to me when I was trying to cut down(ha ha), but I think I will go back and dig it up and give it a try--I'll let you know, but I already know they will be great.

I took the lazy casserole pan over to some friends & between the seven of them, they knocked it out in about 30 minutes! LOL

Two boys(6 and 4) and 1 girl(2). The boys appetites have grown a lot here lately. Did I mention my wife and I are expecting a 4th in April?

I dunno...Taco Bell and McDonald's are both sounding appetizing right now.

Just wait until the boys get old enough you start cooking for 10, and still rarely have leftovers.

Well, I settled for a honey bbq sandwich, a buffalo snacker, and a pepsi from KFC. Grand total of $3.25
