If defenses win championships then Florida will be in the hunt in a big way next year as the only one not returning is Spikes at MLB. In fact it is posible that the only 2 from the entire team are the senior O tackles that can't be still anyway!

I don't think there is anyway you can predict the preseason poll until we find out who is entering the NFL draft. There are key players that will substantially change their schools position depending on whether or not they stay, Ala- Oklahoma (Bradford), Florida (Teabow), Georgia (Stafford), USC (Garcia). Didn't include Texas Because McCoy has already said he is coming back for sure.

I don't know about a top ten, but I'd have to think that if Bradford goes pro, as I expect him to, Florida and Texas will be the top two teams.

I agree, but it won't surprise me if the media votes USC #1. They seem to be in love with the Trojans. A lot of people seem to have forgotten that Alabama started 8 true freshman this year so with what they have coming back I think they will be in the preseason top 5.

Here is the real top ten 10 team USC if Sanchez does not declare by tommorow top 2 team. OU will be the top Big 12 team if Bradford does not declare also. UT will be better but losing a very good defenive line is big the Missouri effect could happen again with UT. Bama will be solid they could shock the country again next year. Flordia with everyone back again and Tebow they have to start the year on top over USC and the rest of the country. In the Big 12 OU has been king many more times than not will be fun to see if someone can finally unseat them. McCoy will be great again but I do believe the Big 12 will play better defense next season as they learned how important it is to win big games. I l see Oregon to have a great year they have talent look to see them make some things happen. LSU talent will rise again next season with the new QB.

1. Florida
2. Texas
3. OU - Still loses 4 of 5 offensive linemen
4. USC - will likely lose 9 defensive starters and no Sanchez
5. Alabama
6. Ohio State
7. TCU
8. Oklahoma State
9. Penn State
10. Utah
