Homemade Wine Recipe

Do any of you downlowers have a recipe for homemade cherry or strawberry wine? I'm looking for something simple that can be made with not a lot of time(except the fermentation time).

Sinton66 is a "wine maker" but I don't know if he is around at the moment!
