Injured Crandall Player...

Does anybody know who the injured Crandall player is, what happened, and how is he? It was pretty scary last night seeing him taken away in a helicopter. It really dampened the spirits of both teams, and I'm sure that he has lots of people praying for him, myself included.

the injured pirate was #32 scotty barswell. speculation was a possible pinched nerve or spinal cord injury. they said it was just precautionary to take him by careflight. it was certainly an unfortunate thing. again, everything was just speculative. i heard from someone on the field he was moving his legs at one point but he wasn't moving his upper body.

i heard from a crandall resident tonight that barswell is fine and that it really was just a precautionary measure. prayers were answered!

good to hear that he's OK, especially after they took so many precautionary measures...does that mean he'll be playing again soon?
