One of the guys I know on the team is applying for West Point is there anyway he can get a certificate that he made Academic All State so he can send it to the people at West Point?

Why dont you make sure the local paper does a write up on it. Clip that and make it look nice (or print the web addition if the paper is on line) and add that to the packet.

Does West Point require a letter from the Senator/Representative? Maybe it could be added there? Or it might be worth a shot for the coach to ask THSCA to send something. :)

I never received any certificate. In fact I was never acknowledged for making academic all state, ever. No biggy except that my older and younger (the one this thread is about) bros have been. Oh well, I'm not bitter or anything ...

The THSCA sends out a real nice cert. We give it out at our Banquet. I am sure they will send them out this week or next.

I have it on good authority that the Staff and Cadre from West Point read the downlow on a daily basis. So just post a link here.
