We were talking about it the other day.

I screwed up in that I sent the stupid thing certified which would require a signature, but he said they never even bothered with that little slip of paper telling you you had a package waiting at the post office. The only notification he received was that they were returning it to the sender.

I meant to send it with just "delivery confirmation" but since both slips are green, I screwed up and used the wrong one! :doh:
