Hey everybody! I just wanted to post this information in case any of you were interested in simply watching some really awesome football in the DFW area this year! This is a Police/Fire public safety league. Only police and fire fighters are allowed to play, however anyone can volunteer their time to the team in the form of everything from assistant coaching to running the concession stands. They play all their home games at Frisco ISD Memorial Stadium. They have several games on the schedule to include teams around the state to as far away as New York! This is a brand new league that is just getting started, but there is some really awesome football to be played! 100% of all proceeds raised during each football season are donated to various charities that are in need! Come watch some good, honest, hard hitting football in it's purest form with no alterior motives. These guys simply love to play the game. They must pay for all their own equipment, travel expenses, etc....So, they are not doing it for their health! They simply love the game! So, come out and support your DFW Police and Fireman in 2009 and spend all the money you can at the games, as all proceeds go directly to area charities and sit back, relax and enjoy some awesome football!

How great would it to be a referee in one of these games. The police would be the most penalized team in history :D

I've been reading about them in the Blues. It sounds like fun.
