Garage Door Help

Ok so my garage door hasn't been staying on track lately. So finally I took a look at the plastic hinge that is attached to the chain. I then notice one screw is loose while the other is gone. So I tighten up that screw and the door goes down with no problems. It is then that when I raise it I notice a huge slack in the chain. Needles to say the door went slamming back down to the ground. HELP!!! :bigcry:

I have a friend who grew up in a family owned lumber yard and now runs the business. He also built his own home from the ground up and told me that he would never install his own garage doors again! :doh:
