But if #44 on DentonRyan would have caught that ball and they coulda got the 2 point conversion, it would have went into 4 OT. It was tied 35 to 35 from 2nd OT, than LaMarque made a TD and got the 2 points in the 3rd OT, and DentonRyan just couldn't quite come back to tie that one up after that but they were close. Final 43-35. Now that was an awesome game! :) Congrats to both teams!

I think a lot of you underestimated Atlanta. Being from Region II and having Gainesville play them SOOOO many times, I can say that I'm not shocked by the score at all.

YEah, Marlin is getting beat pretty bad man. I didn't think it'd be like this but I've never heard anything on Atlanta, so I really couldn't have much of a prediction. Obviously, Atlanta has a great team though and congratulations to them! Seems like they must be pretty dang tough.

Man, either Marlin brought a big head or Atlanta was ready but DANG! I wasn't execting them to lose and IF the were to lose by very much. I wish this were a more detailed play by play thread but I guess that game just isn't itenresting enough to do it that way. Are they still playing or no? Okay, That is all I have to say.

Saw on the news that the final was 34-0 Atlanta.
Congrats to Atlanta for being the State Champs and to the Marlin Bulldogs for getting to the championship game. You guys have done region 3 and district 18 proud. See you on the Basketball courts.
