Congrats to him. I noticed he played some DT also. Was that all
year long or just the playoffs?

Played DT on some goal line plays and some short yardage plays all year but maybe not every game. Basically whenever Coach Vance felt like he needed some beef to stop a run. Funniest thing i saw all year was against Giddings he was put in on an important run stop. Giddings tried to pass, the QB was scrambling all over the place and #74 was in chase. Didn't catch him but sure scared hell out of him.

Congrats to Brandon Terry. First Team All-State in Texas HS football is a towering accomplishment, and an honor that few players get to experience. I know your town, school, coaches, and especially your family are very proud of you for being recognized as one of the best.

Great job Brandon nice to see some people recognizing this as an accomplishment for the kids who got it instead of complaining non stop becasue so and so from their team isnt on the list.

Yes, you did! That picture is on the 2004 M&G slideshow, I think. He hasn't grown much since then. ;)

Oh, and thank you everyone! I'm sure there were many players in the state as deserving and maybe more than he, so it is quite an honor for him.

Congrats to Andrew Ratliff, Llano- he was honorable mention all -state. He was hands down the best lineman in the district just suffered a tough ankle injury that affected him all year. He just got an offer from Stephen F. Congratulations to Terry from the Hill, he deserved it.
