scroll down to the bottom of that page... you have to agree to the rule again b4 u enter the chat for the first time.

Hmmm...I tried again but don't see a button to click to agree to rules. Maybe they know I have trouble keeping my language clean so they just didn't give me the option to agree??? LOL!
