You give me LH and the 32 points and I will wager any amout you want. I will take just half of that and bet you. It will be a heck of a game no doubt, but you have sipped way too much Colorado Kool-Aid if you think it will be a blowout. This game could go either way, but I say LH wins 27-23

I thought about going to this one, but I've already seen Daingerfield in person this year. They've got good size, great team speed and I would imagine their sophomore QB has probably progressed pretty nicely over the course of the season. Unless they come out and lay an egg tonight and turn the ball over several times I'd expect them to win.

If Daingerfield were in 3A they'd be playing in the state semis right now. As is they'll just have to settle for being the 2A state champion after next week. Just too much speed I would imagine for a team like Blanco to have to deal with. They don't see that kind of speed down there in that part of the state.

Their speed is not what impressed me--that would be their line

Blanco was able to run to the outside fairly well, but they couldn't defend the left sideline pass to save their soul

Blanco also couldn't remotely stop their defensive line, and what was a close game with a minute left in the half blew open, and went downhill from there

Daingerfield would not have made it out of region 2 or 3 in either division in 3A--celina would have won a rematch by 17-21

Someone on another site commented that some how Daingerfield was lowered to 2A, and they were too big of a school for Blanco. However, according to the UIL, Daingerfields enrollment is 376 to Blanco's 322. I don't think the enrollments is what caused this whoopin!;)
