I know it sounds atrocious that he'll get special treatment, but he can destabilize the maximum security prisons with just his presence. Hell they have Scott Peterson in seclusion as well, they interviewed the AB'ers and getting him was considered a trophy! lol

Prisoner 1: "Hey man, check it out, it's OJ Freakin' Simpson"

Prisoner 2: "Man that's awesome... hey OJ, show us your football stance..."

OJ: "Alright, you see, I just got down like this right he... AHHHHHH WHAT YOU DOING AHHHHHHH"

All O.J. was doing was trying to get back property that he felt was his. A prison sentence deserved yes but this was excessive and a travesty of justice.

I would agree with you if he had not been carrying a gun.

Not that it much matters but I do not think it was him with the gun. It was one of his peeps

I thought it was him with the gun but I am one of the people mentioned earlier in this thread that just did not care or keep up with this case very much.

whether he did it or not, i don't think he got a fair trial on this charge, i think what really happened was the 5th amendment double jeopardy, even it obviously wasn't about that, every juror wanted a piece from his earlier aquittal

Double jeopardy would not even apply here since the 1st prosecution was in Callyfornia and this one was in Lost Wages. If OJ's 1st murder has also violated some other state (or federal government) law as well, he could still be prosecuted in those other places for that offense. Remember the Rodney King situation?

Nice ignorant statement.

If you want to see a list of pardons ten miles long....simply check your beloved Bill Clinton's list of pardons before he left office.
