just one guy's opinion:

Abilene Wylie vs. Prosper 6 p.m. Saturday, Mansfield ISD Stadium Pick: Prosper 28, Abilene Wylie 21
Comment: Another Wylie in the playoffs? Prosper hopes to eliminate any confusion, and Abilene Wylie, with the strong arm and quick feet of QB Hunter Nix.

Celina vs. Kaufman 7:30 p.m. Friday, Royse City ISD Stadium Pick: Celina 35, Kaufman 24
Comment: Kaufman started the season 0-3 but has won 10 in a row. Celina also started slowly, by its standards, but is looking more like the Celina of old with each playoff win.

Saw both teams play back-to-back last week. Kaufman was pretty good in the second half ... when they knew #2, and only #2, was gonna touch the ball.

Celina wins, 35-10. Kaufman's got a good kicker, hence the 10.

That's pretty conservative. I think it'll be more like this:

Celina over Kaufman by 23, maybe more
Abilene Wylie over Prosper by 11

Thanks for the vote of confidence. Gilmer is going to have its hands full with Carthage. REgion 3 is a beast again this year even with LH and CS gone.

Who-dun-it!!?

I think Win or lose, Abilene Wylie vs. Prosper will be closer than 14. Thats how Wylie playes everybody.

Yeah, you're sure right about us having our hands full. Alot of people think Carthage will beat us. I don't think so, but what do I know? I am a homer.:D

We thought so too... Wise County borders both Tarrant and Denton Counties... Heck, I am only 40 miles from Fort Worth?

Oh well, the Startlegram and Morningnews missed a good story this year.
