Another DCTF Player of the Week

Well we made a good effort last week but came up a little bit short. This week there are another couple of 3A guys in the mix with Celina's Troy McCartney and La Vega's Daxton Swanson. Let's rally this week and make sure a 3A guy brings it home. I found out the website will let you vote about every 5 minutes, so keep refreshing and let's take it to those big schools!

Daxton Swanson? He had one interception, being in the right place at the right time. He was burned for two TDs by BJ though. The LV QB had two interceptions, even though they were in the right place at the right time as well. He should be picked before Swanson, IMO.

5 touchdowns running, passing, & receiving w/ over 350 all-purpose yards. Didn't see any of the other guys play but I find that hard to beat.

thats pretty dang good imo....where can you view the other's stats....and do we consider strength of opponent....help me with info. and i will vote.

Go to the website www.texasfootball.com and on the right hand side half way down you will see a logo for the Dick's Player of the Week. There they have each of the other players stats. The Frenship kid comes in a close second, but McCartney stands out imo. Of course I might be a little bit biased.

Yea, I've voted 15 times an hour on both my computer and cell phone since 7:30 this morning. Did the same thing for the Arndt kid. Unless the "junction boys" are doing the same thing, I'm starting to wonder.
