As there only 12 teams left alive... I went ahead and started updating my season stats. Here are the top 25 rankings of CURRENT 3A teams by both Overall Wins and Overall Winning Percentage for the decade of the 2000's (2000-2008), as well as for the past 20, 30, 40 and 50 seasons. ALL records no matter which classification were included in compiling these.

And if it's any consolation to the 165 3A teams whose seasons have already ended in 2008...

9 of the 12 remaining teams left alive in the playoffs will be guaranteed of having their winning percentages drop if they are included in any of the following rankings: 6 teams will go 0-1, 3 teams will go 1-1, 1 team will go 2-1, 1 team will go 2-0 and 1 team will go 3-0 from this point on...

Teams listed in BOLD are still alive in the playoffs as of 12/1/08

23 out of the 30 ranked teams in the top 3 in the ten rankings are either Celina (10), West Orange-Stark (7), or Cuero (6)

I'll take the past decade. Not too shabby considering 1/3 of our losses were in 2000.   Glad that era is behind us. :(
