that 94 yard run before the half was the beginning of the end.......i think the sweetwater fake punt might have also turned the tide....i think it was to early to run it ...imo would have been better to onside the second half kickoff.

It seemed alot closer to me, afterwards I kept asking my girlfriend what the final was because for some reason I didn't feel like we held you to only 7? I guess it's because Sweetwater had the ball for quite a while during the game. Either way I was very impressed with your defense in the first half, they were sticking to their assignments very well and were playing with a ton of emotion. That 96 yarder with 30 seconds left in the half just broke your back.

I agree. If we would've been able to go in at haltime only
trailing by 3, I think our kids might have believed "Hey! We can
hang with these guys".

Oh well, maybe next year. I just hope DCTF has us picked 5th
again. Anything above that is just to much pressure bear.:D

Sorry brother, that will be our spot in preseason district picks next year!

I know it is early but I am betting in 2009 he has it as

1 A. Wylie
2 Sweetwater
3 Graham
4 Snyder
5 Brownwood
6 Breckenridge

I'm not sure on the record. We do have alot coming back. Not
necessarily starters. But, we already have #24's replacement in
#31. He was the back up FB and starting DT this year. On some
plays he was moved to MLB to give #24 a blow. #31 is only a
sophomore this year. I can't wait to watch him grow.
