why doesn't he start for the brahmas?

i was very impressed by the job of #2(moreno) for the brahmas. he stepped in after half time, had an interception, and deflected a pass that gave the brahmas the ability to put the game away. great job young man!!! hope to see you out there this week.

Moreno is a good kid, the thing is bellville has many good players this year, and a good group of 2nd teamers looking for a job, Bellville only loses a few next year, 2 on the D , and the O line but everyone else will be back. There will only be a few openings for step-ups next year, this means we only get Better!

FBB, the Defense will lose 4 starters - Tallerine, Hackemack, McNeil and Medina, who Moreno replaced. And on offense Dodd is also a Sr. However, we do have quality 2nd teamers that can step in and not weaken the team. These extra playoff games are giving everyone that extra playing time. I also think that the 7 on 7 games in the summer kept the team together and close.

He has stepped up and started several games due to the Medeina being injured. Technically he should be listed as a returning starter.

Technically he should be listed as a returning starter. he played in 7 regular season games: caldwell(stepped in for medina after injury), livingston(started), sweeny(started), royal(started), wharton(didn't play), la grange(started), giddings(started), columbus(started), sealy(didn't play), and smithville(didn't play). he looks a lot better at that position than medina does.
