Holy crap! I didn't see this one coming. I guess they watched what Madison did to Kennedale and are running like crazy.

Starting defense came out at the half with jackets on and helmets in the locker room. They were on fire tonight. I saw a defensive line that has gotten better each game come to maturity. Brady Newman, Brock Babb and the rest of the guys played a heck of a game. Nice coaching Bus Drivers!;)

That was as much mercy as I have ever seen from Celina. If Celina's reserves had not been given a very conservative offense, they would have hung another 48 on the board.

Celina had a very very good game.

#2 (Wingfield) for Kennedale did not play but 1 or 2 plays and #22 (Waldrip) did not play for Celina.

Just wanted to say to all you Celina players, you have got a lot of talent as well as class. I was very impressed with the respect your whole team gave when two of our players got hurt. You are a top class act. I thought that was awesome after the game when all of the players came together at center field. You set a high standard for your players and it shows.

Good Luck!!

Thanks Catfan, thats a nice thing to see, and we definitely appreciate it. Sounds like a nice win for the Bobcats, I'm sad I missed out. I'll be there next week though!

Wow, what a great result for Celina. I am so pleased for all the Bobcats, but to hear that the D Line played their hearts out has made me especially pleased for my good friend Coach Hutson.

The post above about the Bobcats being a class act is totally deserved. Every one of those coaches and kids are good people, as well as being superb athletes. It proves that you don't have to be a nasty piece of work to be a winner.

I am putting on 5 extra lottery lines tonight, Texas or Bust. If I win the big one, I am moving to Celina so my 3 year old can be a Bobcat.

The Star-Telegram headlines were appropriate...."CELINA OVERWHELMS KENNEDALE". Congratulations Bobcats and keep your eyes on the prize.

That was a great team effort. I LOVE what I'm seeing out of these great young men. Maybe a little adversity has galvanized this group!

Caleb Lavey happens to alot of good players...he looked fairly healthy over on the other side, but obviosly there was something wrong with him...

Just curious what it was...

I think he was injured in the Madison game. I noticed in the 2nd half of that game that he was limping badly. He scored their go ahead touchdown from the 3 but he hopped in on one leg. Too bad, he is a great back with great speed and I think this is he senior year.
