Typical reply from STR......The Sweetwater player had his hand up and waving WELL before the ball got there and was hit before he could make a catch...therefore Sweetwater ball and Yes I was there and not listening to a hometown radio crew

I figured they played on Thursday to get a couple of extra days to rest up and prepare for Liberty Hill, expecting us to win this round. I'm sure they already have the LH-Wylie and LH-Brownwood game films.

This is more of a side benefit for the winner.....both teams knew each other well so the short week was not a big deal.

The main reason was stadium availability.....period.
