the chat

everytime i click the chat button it starts to go to the chat then shuts out my IE... is there a reason i cant get in

I think I remember firefox needing a Java plug-in to work, but that was years ago. I've been using IE and have no problem with it. I also remember having some problems with the newest Java version. One time I had to download an older version, but that was on my other computer. So far on this Dell running XP and Ie, I haven't had any problems with the chat.

In fact, I think when I was using Mozilla, I downloaded the latest Java and had problems. When I went back and downloaded the earlier version, it worked.

Mine doesn;t work either. It tells me to download some file. When I click it, it says it can;t verufy it for some reason. Then it just ends.

I haven't been able to chat in the LONGEST time.

try using a different web brower... my ie wont work but safari does.

Just download one!!

I had to get an earlier version of java on an older computer.

With my new computer, which is running vista, I have never had a problem getting in with mozilla firefox.

I have a problem with ANYTHING that opens in IE though!

I just downloaded firefox.

I clicked on the chat. Well, it said I had to download some plug in. I did it.

Now I have to download Java, even though it show smy computer as already having the Java and having it enabled.

See what happens when u download safari off apple.com, it was the only one that worked for me
