all games (JV, Freshman, 7th, and 8th) between Celina and Sanger have been called off for tonight (Thursday, September 11)....JV and Freshmen were to play at Celina and 7th and 8th were to play at Sanger...

Well, it's raining cats and dogs here in Gilmer two hours to the east of Celina, so I would imagine the electrical storms in the region are pretty widespread.

It'll get down there to you eventually.

I figured as much after I asked. DUH! The Pirates play in Victoria tonight--I hope they don't get any rain tonight. There are some major storms a brewin' :D Good Luck to the Pirates & here's praying for an injury free game.

I think that Burnet's games got cancelled too, not sure though.

Why doesn't anybody play through the rain anymore. It's fun. They've got lightning readers just in case.
