Yes good luck lady hornets. Let's make another trip to state. Those tough pre-district schedules really help for these situations. Does anyone know Groesbeck's record by any chance?

The Lady Hornets soundly beat Groesbeck 3 games to 1 (I can't remember the scores). Caldwell showed up in force to support the Lady Hornets and packed the gym.

We play Hamshire-Fannett at 2:00 PM today. Good luck Ladies and TKO!

I guess it's going to be Caldwell and Bellville in the semis. I don't know if they have played each other this year or not. Old district foes, it should be alot of fun.

UIL will post the pairings sometime tomorrow (Sunday). They will call the coaches and let them know---them post it on the UIL website. It goes by season records...nothing to do with regions.
Times are already set---you can go to the UIL website and check out the state tournament bracket.

My mistake, I just assumed they went by regions like everything else.

Yea it seems like Caldwell has a great V-Ball team year in and year out. I still remember in 2004 when Yall beat us 2 rounds before state in a year that Cameron says could have been there best yet. The Hornets V-Ball team is awesome, good luck in the playoffs.

Thanks bigYoe. We're proud of our girls. Our volleyball coach was on the Lady Hornet team in 1998 when they won state.
