You will usually lose when you play like this. Ask Coach Reeve in Cuero, He has done it numerous times, one being the state game in '04.

ALWAY play to win, if you play to not lose you will lose.

Bad news! The clanging thingy from "the bell" came flying off the other night against Llano! :eek: :eek: At least it didn't hit anyone, but I have to find something besides a nut/bolt combo to fix it. :(

IMO

Not sure about Cuero, but losing is really not an option in Celina. They play to win from start to finish and anyone who has played them knows that.

On a lighter note, Celina's key to the game is finding a detour to Frisco that doesn't go through that town in between.

First thing West has to do is to NOT act like they are playing LH the two time defending champ but simply playing LH a first round play-off team in 08

Show LH respect, but dont bow to them

To beat LH you must have "3" things:

1. A great front 7 on defense
2. A great passing game on offense
3. More team speed than they have

*This is why I picked Gilmer to beat them in the finals. They have all three and have last years butt whoppin to draw back on.

2. Get pressure from D's front 4.
3. No drive stopping penalities.

That second one is the key.
And Texasfootball, I doubt Gilmer has more team speed than last years team..and we all know how that one ended:)
