Country music has now become heavy metal light. The band Little Texas started it back in the day with heavy drums and distorted guitars and it took over. This is why I don't listen to country stations anymore.

I believe there is some good country music out there still. Texa Country is very good music. My issue with last night was the differenc in the way some of the perfromers were dressed. It seems the older ones wore nice clothes with sport coats or suits when the younger ones wore t-shirts. Overall good show. I think the perfomers going into the hall of fame should have been highlighted a little more.

I thought King George deserved both of his awards. He should've got the Entertainer of the Year award too. Although Kenny was deserving as well, this is the 4th year he's received that award.

That is 100% Texas Country, the Current form of Country is closer to Rock then Texas Country is.

Give a listen of some Casey Donahew, Cory Morrow, Aaron Watson, Blue Edmondson, etc... I am sure you will like at least one of them
