Both Sweetwater and Wylie have to drive about 160-170 miles
to their neutral sites. I was just wondering how many out there
had it worse.

Sinton is the second worse because we have to drive 120 miles to Lyford.

I know it. How'd ya'll pull that off? I was really surprised that
Estacado and Wylie didn't work something out and play in Snyder.

Actually Celina to Frisco is about 13.5 miles. At your age you might need to plan a bathroom break on the way. :D

But, I'll bet Snyder wouldn't mind a bit?:)

Yes, Estacado. I fixed it.:)

I really don't know!! I figured Monahans would be about halfway for both!

That may have been a "no-go" since Monahans is playing the same night....in Clint!! They must have flipped home for home and lost!!!

Yeah, I bet Clint figured they had nothing to lose. I think this one
is going to be one of many mismatches in the first week for our
region.:(

To make matters worse, there is that big gap of nothing after you pass Kingsville.

Hope all have safe travels.

This is not 3A playoff related... but definately speaks of dedicated football fans. When Wylie had their bye week we went to watch 6 man football in Throckmorton, to see them play Follett. I asked where Follett was located they said "In the armpit of Oklahoma." Then they told us they played in the 6 man Kickoff Classic in Hico. When I asked how far it was, one of the moms told me it was 425 miles, one way.
