i pick the tigers too, but huffman is rolling at the end of the season, plus cleveland only put 3 scores on them, one being a kickoff return....we only put 4 scores on them, their defense is their strength....i'll be there...

silsbee 21
huffman 10

good luck to both !!!

I'll take the "struggling" Silsbee team over Huffman by 10 points. ;)

Silsbee runs the spread. They are very balanced, avg. 174 yards rushing and 168 yards passing per game. They are led by junior QB Jeremy Johnson, a Rivals top 50 player for 2010. He has thrown for 1500 yards and rushed for over 600 this season. A very, very good duel threat quarterback. He has completed passes to 11 different recievers for Silsbee. Chris Barnes is the Tigers best RB, with over 500 yards rushing. He has come on of late, avg. 130 yards rushing in the last 3 games. The Tiger defense is led by SS Josh James and Rice commit DE Josh Skinner. Silsbee's defense has really played well the last 6 weeks, only giving up an avg. of 9 points and 235 yards over that stretch of games.

I will take my old coach Bobby McGallion and the Tiger in this one by 10 which would set up a meeting with the Rattlers next week can't wait for that one!

Huffman 7 If the weak Jasper defense can hold Silsbee to a shutout, I don't see Silsbee putting up 35 on Huffman.

The Silsbee offense that is clicking right now, would not be shutout by Jasper.

That was absoulutely the worse Silsbee's offense has played this year. The Tigers were their own worse enemy in that game, not the Jasper defense.

Though young Huffman has some really gook skill kids. Their qb is a soph and two of their wideouts are soph's. Of them has seven tds this year by the name of Martin. Kid is really good and has some good moves.

Official: The winner of Silsbee versus Huffman will play Navasota on Friday, November 21 @ 730 @ SHSU, Huntsville.

With Navasota only 35-40 min away from Huntsville, we should have a large crowd.

Good luck to Silsebee and the Falcons of Huffman.:)

Good luck to both teams, but I will have to pull for our old rivals the Silsbee Tigers. :)

Will anyone be organizing a meet and greet? At halftime near the scoreboard on the north end has worked in the past. That is equi-distant for both sides. Thankfully, they have not barred folks from switching from side to side in the past. I doubt that that will change now.
