I'm sure several of you have taken it before. What do I need to know?

online is the best way to go... I have done it about once a year for, well a long time.

It's boring. I've taken it 5 times and it never changes. Even online it sucks, but at least that way you can take it in your boxers...

What you do outside of the Down Low is your own business.

some "motherly" "insurance agent" advice - if you are taking Defensive Driving for ticket dismissal - be sure and send the "court copy" to the appropriate court and ask them to please send you a CONFIRMATION OF DISMISSAL of the ticket and make a copy of that dismissal and put it in your glove compartment. I know of more than 1 occasion where the court clerk "forgot" to actually do the final paperwork to dismiss the ticket and the next time the person was stopped by the Highway Patrol or local police, he was arrested for not paying the ticket (warrant for his arrest) - even though he had done everything he was supposed to do.. Eventually it was straightened out - but he was taken to the jail in that town etc.

Can I say it wasn't me since the ticket says my car is green? I don't have a green car!
