S.T.A.A.R4 (Region 4 fans)

In response to the newly formed DFW Dominance Coalition, we, the fans who represent Region IV, form the orgainization known as S.T.A.A.R4, South Texas Association for the Advancement of Region 4.

Our mission is a peaceful one, not a mission of total domination. Our mission is to educate, inform, and get the word out to other parts of the state about the wonderful towns, people, teams, and long-standing traditions of Region 4. We do this in the hopes of gaining better respect and recognition by our peers in other parts of Texas, Dave Campbell, and all members of every poll in existence. We also strive to bring in new talent into the Region 4 area.

I make the motion that ALL current members of the 3A Downlow who are supporters of a team in Region IV, or support Region IV as a whole, to convene in our first official meeting. The main topic to be discussed will be leadership roles and who will fill those roles.

I would like to offer my services and become the Rio Grande Valley representative, covering district 32-3A. I also have several people in mind who I would like to nominate for leadership positions.

Sinton66 - President, and representative of District 30
BULLDOGFAN - Representative of the Bandera Bulldogs, 2002 Div. II State Champions.
Kool Tarpon 21 - Player representative and Region IV ambassador.

Tfint, I agree that we must do something to combat this DDC uprising. They have already overpowered the '3rd World regions 1&3'. They were battled courageously by region 3 and their controversial leader Old Card. Region 1 was just done wrong, they were falsely led into believing that Everman was a new found friend, to learn they were just USING their region as a launch pad. The devious plan was executed to perfection by Matthew 328 and that DDC dictator J2K.

Our backs are against the wall here, but we have a very good nucleus to our defense system. There are powerful and very capable defenders in Sinton, Burnet, Bandera, Rice and Port Isabel, and their forces are strengthening as we speak. We will need all who are brave enough to join us in our new found battle against the DDC and that evil dictator J2K and his puppets. We all know the Dave Campbell for Pres thing was a scam. J2K is directly behind their charge and we all know it.

There are a few other positions to be addressed yet, but that is your department. I hope you don't get too friendly with Old Card though, because intelligence(Reg. 1 rumors) suggest that he is in cahoots with some DDC bigwigs and is trying to destroy the STAA. I have always respected Old Card(somewhat) and will try to get to the bottom of this, but I need more help. Anything you can do?

Guys, I keep reading this talk of R2 vs. R3 or R4, etc.

As special D/FWCC Liason to the UIL, (and perhaps the rest of the state if you extrapolate that,) let me suggest to you that we do not consider ourselves R2.

The D/FW.C.C. considers itself simply the D/FW.C.C.... We are bigger than regions. And if our Grandiose Schemes for State denomination continue as planned, soon, we will be THE region.
