Cool story about a small town QB making it big time. I have to admit, I am not a big UT fan.....it is a liitle tough to bet against them with Colt at the helm!

From the Abilene Reporter News

TUSCOLA -- To the rest of the world, he's simply a great collegiate football player.

But here, in the tiny town where he played his prep football at Jim Ned High School, University of Texas quarterback Colt McCoy has become a symbol strong enough to break traditional loyalties.

For the people in Tuscola, a farming community of roughly 700 people located 21 miles south of Abilene, the ultra-successful McCoy still reflects the small-town values they were raised with..........

The story is quite long so I will not post the whole thing.

Colt may be the man this year, but he does not have a Crabtree to throw to. I think they will both put up a bunch

At least he's handling this fast uprising of stardome well.

He's already got him a blonde-bombshell, once he gets him a Heisman then he will be ripe and ready for the NFL.

Who-dun-it!!?

Well I am absolutely a Colt McCoy Fan. But I am absolutly not a UT Fan. I'm glad Colt is doing so well especially after taking over for someone like Vince young. But Graham Harrell ain't doin to shabby either!!

Personally I think they are pretty evenly matched with a few differences. I think Colt is tuffer and more smashmouth style, while Harrell has more finess.

Defense will be the tell of the tape for this one tonight. And Both teams are at the top of there game!!

Go TECH!!!!
