with westwood at 3-0 they are looking to all but clinch the dc while fairfield at 1-2 is holding on for their dear lives for a playoff spot

I believe Brookshire Royal and Needville. Whoever wins this one will take the #3 spot in 26-3a...if I'm not mistaken.

In district 2 3A, there is a possibility that only one team, and I believe Wylie is already in, will for sure have a playoff spot. The 2nd and 3rd spot could still be up for grabs and all five teams except Wylie could be mathmatically alive for a these playoff spots. It will be a crazy two weeks.:D

DCTF breaks it down pretty good, although they goofed on a game in 7-3A big time. It says the winner of Glen Rose and Decatur this weekend, HUH? Glen Rose plays China Spring LOL!

Hondo's slim playoff hopes include Hondo needing to beat Bandera, possible but unlikely, And Devine would have to lose to either Lytle or Carrizo Springs, both highly unlikely.

Brownsboro is in a must win against Crockett. If they can pull off an upset it looks good for the Bears, especially with Athens next week. A little help with Palestine Westwood knocking out Fairfield would be nice too.

I think that Brownwood has to beat Sweetwater tomorrow to be in. They would mathmatically still have a chance to get in even with a loss tomorrow, but they would have to have some very unlikely help. :dispntd:

Vernon @ Decatur for sure. It will be interesting to see which Decatur team shows up friday night. As long as Decaturs QB doesn't turn the ball over, Decatur should win and squeak into the playoffs.

Rockdale/Taylor. Whoever loses is DEFINATELY out. Whoever wins may still miss pending the results of Cameron's next two games, but if either loses, they are done 100%.

Don't you mean Caldwell/Taylor Caldwell cannot loose another game. Next week Rockdale and Taylor play and if Rockdale wins they are in, if Taylor wins the Tigers would need Cameron to beat Caldwell.
