I can't get into chat from my home PC - anyone have any quick fix suggestions?

?? any ideas? I get the screen that says chat but it never actually loads the chat room screen :( :(

What version of Java do you have? I have Java\jre1.5.0_06.

Also, the first time you use it, it takes a while to load.

I have problems getting on on IE also, which is why I use mozilla exclusively!!

It doesn't work on Mozilla on my computer!
