I gotta stick with my Yoemen and say that they win district and go undefeated.

I hope WOS goes D-I due to Silsbee somehow missing out on the Playoffs, but I honestly don't know much about that district and how likely that is...so i'd just have to agree with you

Silsbee has Hamshire-Fannett and Hardin-Jefferson left to play and Silsbee would have to lose BOTH of those games to miss the playoffs. Here are some comparative scores which should show you why I don't think that's likely to happen... Silsbee is a definite favorite to win both of their final games.

WO-S 14, Silsbee 7 (OT)
WO-S 66, Hamshire-Fannett 0

Hardin-Jefferson 23, Orangefield 13
Silsbee 43, Orangefield 14

ALSO, even if Cameron does go undefeated in district it will not change the above playoff scenarios as I have them going to the D2 playoffs as the #1 seed from their district already and that wouldn't change if they were to beat Navasota.

we in district 22 sure wish we were on the opposite side of the bye that district 24 gets....lol....

after watching a tape from the stands of the cleveland-tarkington game....i think we have the one big athlete in scott but cleveland plays cleaner ball....if we have fewer penalties i know cleveland hasn't had to stop anyone like #9 this year....the closest thing they have played to a credible team is huffman, and huffman was within 3 points of them within 6 min left in the game before cleveland broke a kick return....our game with huffman went up two touchdowns in the 1st quarter and wasn't close throughout...

and after this fri, turns out cleveland beat liberty by the same spread as huffman beat liberty (we haven't played them yet)

cleveland is definitely deeper in players (more students than our entire population sign, 823 vs 691) and if they stretch us out for the entire game and wear us down as in the diboll game, they could pull in out in the 4th as they did....after sharpening our team on two state ranked teams earlier in the season, i gotta go with our guys until i see the real cleveland team, beater of weaker teams or a great scheduling a.d.....lol

It's looking like the loser of Coldspring vs Cleveland gets WO-S in the first round

and no disrespect to the hawks, but they have only beaten us once in all of our history with them....my son had his highest sack game against them....sorta like with cameron yoe, for some reason we've always seemed to have had a good record when meeting them in the playoffs.....go figure...

whoever wins that first round game has a good shot in the next round as well......
