I think you can toss the records out on this one.If this game was played in Sinton I'd give the Pirates a pretty good advantage.But this'll be Sintons 4th straight road game and Cuero is HUNGRY for a win.But I'll still take Sinton By 7 or less.What yall think bout this one.

Barring turnovers, I think Sinton could win by 3 td's. Can the Pirates keep from turning the ball over against good teams? Maybe, we'll see in this game. This is my test case for the preseason. Sinton nor Cuero should have any problem getting up for this game.

I believe Sinton runs away with this one by 30 or more. The Pirates are rolling now and Cuero is still searching for an identity. This is not the team to find your identity against.I believe Cuero will find one, but in district play. I wouldn't write em out of the playoffs just yet. They will be competitive in district play.

One game does not mean Sinton is on a roll.that's why I don't put more than td.between em. But if they play the way they played last night minus the turnovers Cuero will have tough time keepin up with the Pirates.

As much as I hate to, I have to side with your analysis. Gobblers made a pretty good showing against the Tigers but not Quite enough to upset the Pirates. Looking for a good game next Friday and looking for you guys too. LOL. Sinton 28-13.

I'm expecting this to be a good game. Cuero is no slouch, and may well be going through a "gel" period themselves. However, we should get a pretty good idea on the rest of our respective seasons from this one. And, I agree that even if Cuero comes up short, they will contend for their district title. Data Poll has Sinton by +35, but this is one of those games that pure data just can't analyze.

These two have had one common opponent and Ive seen both teams play. Cuero lost to us 28 - 6, Sinton beat us 24 - 6. We beat Cuero by 22, lost to Sinton by 18. With that in mind and using simple mathematics, Ill take Sinton by 40.

One thing that Rice doesn't have with Cuero that Sinton does, is the budding rivalry (I could be wrong). Look at how Cuero played Sealy? I think they are gonna play us harder. Toss out common opponents on this one...

Hey sinton66 and old green. I will be there at the game on Friday. I hope it's a good game not a blow out. I live here in Victoria and so it's not that far from here. It's going to be a good game. Cuero is just trying to get on the right track. There looking for there first win. When was the last time Cuero went 0-3? Old Green do you know??? Do yall remember Robert Strait played for Cuero?? Anyways, good luck to both teams and I'll be there cheering for both.

Sinton66 you are right the polls arte misleading. What does it take to get a team full of size speed and talent back on a winning track? FOCUS How do you get that? By beating a really good team. Cuero is down 0-3. If they beat Sinton they redeem themselvesa and gain momentum going into district. Don't think Cuero will roll over, they won't. If their coaches can make them beleive in themselves enough they could beat a team as good as Sinton. La Grange scrimmaged Cuero in the early summer work-outs and they were big, strong and fast. I am looking for a Sinton victory, but nothing short of a long, hard fought game. I dont want to bring back memories, but anyone remember the last time Sinton-Cuero game. I am taking Sinton by about 14-20 in this one. They will pull away with 5 mins left in the 3rd quarter.

Could be a good game, but I think speed will be the name of the game. Bubba ran tougher last week and once he reliazes he is that much faster then everyone else........lookout. Adrian and Brandon give us the deep threat and Julian continues to take care of business.
Defense is getting stronger every week and looks to be on right on track for another outstanding year.
Too many play makers on Sinton side.

I Think Sinton wins the game, by 17 + but Cuero is starting to put it together and can't be counted out of the playoffs just yet. I will be making the trip next week to Cuero when the cowboys visit.

thank you, i like to believe i am wiser beyong my 19 years. . . I know that when i played for sinton, we looked to Friday/Saturday durin playoffs, but nonetheless, we only looked to game day. Sure the Sinton-Odem game was in mind in week 2, but still, we didnt dwell on it.
