New Halloween Law

Due to the fact that some kids either don't have the opportunity to trick or treat or they just don't feel like trick or treating, all the kids that do trick or treat will now be required to give up half their candy so it can be redistributed fairly to everyone.

You need to read the whole law. It only applies to those who collect over 250K pieces. Let's be fair. ;)

What will be fun is watching those with over 250k pieces hide some of their's so they won't have to share. When they count them, I bet alot of them will have somewhere around 249k pieces. :rolleyes: :D

If everyone shared the same flat percentage of their candy, there would be loopholes.:) (okay, so maybe some of the candy will have loopholes, but you know what I mean:D )
