My neighbor had a small skateboard-scooter thing that had bars with it for small kids. They brought their child a new one and put the other one out to go to the garbage. Somehow it wound up in my yard. I asked them about it and they said that they didn't need it anymore and let me take it to give to some poorer people who had children. It was made for children about five years old.
I went to a "poorer" neighborhood and saw some kids there and stopped and asked the father if they could have it and he said yes. But their was a smaller kid their who must have been a neighbor and his kids were giving it to him instead of keeping it for themselves.
